Outside, the sea, the rocks and Marstrand’s unmistakable sense of calm await. Around the table, the conversations continue – a little freer, a little warmer, a little longer. Here, the day’s ideas have time to settle as four carefully considered courses elevate the evening, one by one.
Dinner begins with small delicacies from the sea, followed by a generous starter to share around the table. Then comes the evening’s main course, with the sea taking centre stage, before the experience is rounded off with a dessert that leaves a warm and memorable final impression.
Flavours of Bohuslän, the salt of the sea and seasonal ingredients come together in an evening that does more than satisfy. It sets the tone, brings everyone into the moment and gives the group time to gather around something shared.
