With roots dating back to the 19th century, exposed beams and a grand crystal chandelier, it’s hard not to be struck the moment you step into this off-site venue. The namne, Sillsalteriet, means herring saltery, and is exaclty what this buiding once was. It’s the perfect setting for a memorable seafood feast with up to 200 of your closest colleagues. Meals & fika
We know that the “most important” part of any conference is fika (Fika – a Swedish coffee break with something sweet, best enjoyed together) – closely followed by the food. We have our very own bakery in the hotel, where we bake fresh bread, rolls and all your fika every day. We call it baking right here.
In the kitchen, our head chef and team create dishes rooted in the season, with carefully selected ingredients.
