Membership terms & conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions apply to agreements regarding membership with Marstrands Havshotell AB and the individual (“the Customer”) named in the purchase agreement, of which these terms form an integral part. The agreement is personal and may not be transferred to another person. Membership includes access to the facility’s services in accordance with the applicable schedule and opening hours.

All memberships are digital. Membership cards and session passes are available digitally via the app and the Customer’s membership profile.

2. DISTANCE SELLING ACT / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Marstrands Havshotell AB complies with the Swedish Distance Selling Act for purchases made via our website.

Provided that the service/training has not been commenced or activated, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase (“the withdrawal period”). The Customer must notify Marstrands Havshotell AB in writing within this period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date we received the returned goods or, in the case of services, the notice of withdrawal. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We always cover the cost of returning replacement goods.

For further information, please refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Swedish Distance Selling Act, as well as the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

All customers are registered in a database. By accepting this agreement, the Customer consents to such registration.

Marstrands Havshotell AB processes personal data in order to provide and administer the customer systems to which the Customer has consented. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Data is not shared with third parties unless necessary for the intended purpose and supported by a legitimate interest assessment or other lawful basis.

4. PAYMENT

Membership fees are paid by credit or debit card. To complete payment, online transactions must be authorised by the Customer’s bank.

By accepting these terms, the Customer authorises Marstrands Havshotell AB to debit the specified account/card for payment. In the event of price adjustments, changes will apply from the next billing occasion.

5. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly memberships run on a rolling basis until terminated by the Customer.

The notice period is two (2) months. Termination must be submitted via email to spaochsport@marstrands.se.

Monthly fees are charged in advance. Payment is due on the 27th of each month. If this date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the charge will be made on the nearest preceding banking day.

If payment cannot be processed, a reminder will be sent and the membership will be suspended until full payment is received. Payment obligations are fulfilled once the full amount has been credited to Marstrands Havshotell AB’s account.

After three unpaid monthly fees, Marstrands Havshotell AB reserves the right to terminate the membership and issue a final invoice covering outstanding fees and the notice period.

6. WELLNESS ALLOWANCE

Members may use their employer-provided wellness allowance. Please contact SPA & Sport to have the allowance registered as a credit balance, which will be automatically deducted upon payment. This may also be used for monthly memberships.

Marstrands Havshotell AB is affiliated with Epassi and Wellnet.

If a receipt is required for employer reimbursement, the Customer may download it directly from their membership profile.

7. FREEZING OF MEMBERSHIP

In case of pregnancy, membership is normally frozen until three months after the expected due date. Extensions require supporting documentation.
