Havsmild is a Swedish word describing the gentle, forgiving side of the sea – calm, caring and quietly reassuring. Havsmild rooms are styled in a traditional Scandinavian design, with soft, muted colours inspired by the sea and surrounding nature. When a comfortable bed is what matters most and the view is of less importance, this is the room for you. These rooms are located on the first floor and are furnished with a desk, armchair(s), and two single beds that are joined together but can easily be separated if preferred.

An oasis of relaxation
Before it was called a spa, it was known as a spa resort. Marstrand has a rich history of bathing for happiness and wellbeing.
We draw inspiration and ingredients from both times past and new waves. All our inspiration and treatments are found through, in or from the sea – seawater, salt and seaweed.
